Please read the following guidelines and if you have any questions or concerns please ask a member
of staff

• If you feel unwell during your stay, please inform a member of staff immediately.

• Our management team have been trained in best practice when cleaning & disinfecting

• Please follow all current Scottish government guidance on social distancing

• Hand sanitisers are provided throughout the property

• Prior to your stay your room is thoroughly cleaned & disinfected with a non-toxic disinfectant
certified to EU EN1276/EN14476

• All linen and towels are washed by a professional laundry

• To minimise risk during your stay, staff will not enter your room. If you require extra towels
or bedding, please inform a member of staff

• There will be increased cleaning frequency of high touch points in public areas

• Breakfast is served at individual tables at a safe distance. Whenever possible all food and
drink will be served at your table, individual portions will be available

We courtesy ask all guests and patrons to respect all Scottish Government guidelines by doing so
this will ensure your own and others safety. Please inform staff if you have any other issues
